INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION

Government Medical College Hospital, Jammu, a tertiary care hospital in Jammu division of J&K (Union Territory) was started in the year, 1993 and deliver the health care service to the people of this region. This institution is located in the middle of Jammu City. This institution was started with the aim to provide best facilities/ treatment to the patients from peripheral hospitals of Jammu Province. Top Hierarchy of the Management

Government Medical College & its Associated Hospitals of Jammu are headed by the Administrator & Personnel Officer followed by the Worthy Principal and Dean of GMC Jammu. All the Medical Officers/ Paramedical / Nursing/ MTS/ Sanitary Workers working in this institution are headed by the Assistant Medical Superintendent & Deputy Medical Superintendent followed by the Medical Superintendent GMCH Jammu.
